Why can’t the European airlines get the fucking message that we don’t want economy seats in business class for European flights? I am done with squeezing myself in the economy class seats while paying for the business class! The airlines in the United States (United, Jet Blue, American, etc.) and Turkish Airlines put European airlines to shame.
I’ve only flown ANA, but the hospitality and service was about the same as JAL. Some argue which is better, but both JAL and ANA easily outshine most other major global airlines in the US and Europe.
