Preview: The no-frills carrier doesn’t rank high in customer satisfaction, but Spirit Airlines has plenty of loyal customers buying up its super-cheap seats. CEO Ben Baldanza sat down with Richard Schlesinger to explain why his planes fill up so much.

Why don’t you remove seats from your planes for two good reasons: 1) Giving passengers more legroom and comfort 2) Capping your passenger capacity at 150 seats only requires 3 flight attendants instead of 4 which saves on labor costs.

Hes a crook, I can’t wait till this business goes down..He misleads customers and charges $100 for a carry on at the Gate, the staff are a bunch of crooks too, every one of his staff is on the take, he promotes fraudelent behaviour and trains his staff to deny people from boarding if they don’t pay…Karma is a bitch Ben, karma is a bitch.
