Crown Flyer says:

I hope to take the exact same route later this year!

charlie cheadle says:

Ive been looking at these recently as I am flying to America later in the year. Thanks for your insight Dennis!

paulie handled says:

Love the channel Dennis. Really enjoy seeing all the business class perks and lounges. But Ive had the opinion for a long time that premium economy is more of a realistic potential upgrade and therefore product that you should review. People can either afford business class or not and usually they cant (the average person would rather spend $8k on accomodation rather a than a flight). But premium economy is a product that more people might upgrade too if they consider it “good value”. I dont want you to think Im criticising your channel at all, its the best on youtube. But by the numbers more people fly economy and if they were going to upgrade its more likely going to be premium economy, I think. Love the channel. #jealous

I miss the space seats they’re the best

65NART says:

Great video as usual. Just to ask, what is your favourite class in which to travel? Does it depend on route, airline, aircraft etc etc. Just interested. Safe travels, Neil.

Jeb Brooks says:

Kia Ora, Dennis! Another great video…Thanks, as always. I enjoyed this one thanks to Delta’s WiFi on their 777 service from Johannesburg to Atlanta while over the South Atlantic Ocean!

Unknown Traveller says:

I have just done Bris to Auk to SF in their Business class and although the crew were fabulous and the service and food also great but I am not a fan of their seating arrangement I don’t like having my feet in the isle as that was what happened when I was sleeping, such a small foot area in the full recline position, over all a good flight.. Oh I have the return coming up and I expect it to be as good a flight, maybe not the arrangement of seats though.

AdAndPlanes says:

Worth saying the ‘seat’ ‘seat+bag’ ‘works’ and ‘works+ options are only available on Trans-Tasman flights as well as (I think) the Pacific Island Flights Minus Hawaii. Great overall review!

Alfin R says:

Does the Air New Zealand B787 use the Trent 1000 Type B or C?

Blake Edgington - Airborne says:

Great review as usual. I was surprised to hear this was your first Air New Zealand flight but I am glad you enjoyed it. The product looked fantastic.

Peter Galbraith says:

Dennis, I love your videos but could you please edit out the out of focus shots? They turn my stomach and are irritating. If that lovely woman travel companion was your wife, please introduce her next time. Mahalo

Mark Swisher says:

Looks like a wet wipe is needed on the remote and outlets. Yuck! Your wife is gorgeous! Too bad she didn’t speak.

One of the worst and racist airline to fly with especially on Singapore Auckland route. Crew is biased and their attitude and tone is clearly visible when they talk to a person of Asian origin vs a Europea/white. Don’t dare to miss your breakfast like me as they don’t carry any extra food and I had to feed myself with bloody pretzels which were horrible. No snack in between breakfast and dinner. In dinner I chose fish and even that was frozen in the middle and the crew was sorry just for the sake of it. Had to buy McDonald’s after landing. They say they are a award winning airline, I wonder do they buy them or award it to themselves?? Won’t fly ever again!!

Keith English says:

Great review as always Dennis

Love to see air nz business next dennis

Bob Sellars says:

Another excellent video. I travel a lot with Air New Zealand and I have always maintained that it is the cabin crew that are their best asset, it’s very rare where I could fault their friendly and attentive attention in any way. I’m happy to pay the extra for Premium Economy on long haul flights, the space and extra service and food make it well worthwhile. I’m flying to Europe and back shortly on a combination of Air NZ PE / Business and Cathy Pacfic PE and Norwegian Premium so I’m looking forward to comparing the different offerings on their 12+ hours flights.
Keep up the good work Dennis, you’re turning into quite the investigative journalist!

Charlie Wilson says:

This looks like a business class product IMO

The Parks says:

Good on you for respecting others onboard – I watch too many trip reports with wide shots of whole cabins and lounges. The angry/confused looks from people in the shot are a bit off-putting
