I flew United’s new Polaris Business Class service from Chicago to Edinburgh and back again. The Polaris service is being rolled out across the airline as their new Business Class and BusinessFirst product and it’s quite good. Excellence lounge in Chicago, great onboard service, delicious food and wine and a very comfortable cabin. Here’s a look at my seat and at the meal services, again flying from EDI to ORD.

Marcel is a pro. IIRC he was part of the training team for Polaris and worked the very first flight offering Polaris back in December from China to SFO. Great report!

where is my second comment
these are not the new seats????
i am missing my comment
United does not offer an international first class cabin anymore. If this is the premium product on United flights than this can be considered Cheap. No caviar and champagne…no de luxe cabin with only 4-6 passengers. Meals shown on this Video are normal Standard nothing fancy at all like on Emirates Or Etihad. Or on Air France la premiere…I would not recommend this product . No luxury at all..mainstream
